1. What Seeder is

Seeder connects editors with artists and music companies who fund promotion campaigns around their songs. You choose which campaigns to take part in, make your own edit that follows the requirements of the campaign which are listed inside the campaign, post it to your own TikTok account, and submit the link to Seeder. Approved posts earn from that campaign's budget and CPM based on views gained after you submit.

We are not your employer. You are an independent creator. Nothing here creates employment, partnership, or exclusivity, and you can stop at any time.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13, old enough to hold a TikTok account under TikTok's own terms, and able to receive payment in your country. If you are under 18 you need permission from a parent or guardian.

One person, one Seeder account. You may link more than one TikTok account to it.

3. Linking your TikTok

To prove an account is yours we give you a short code to put in your TikTok bio and read it back. You may only link accounts you own and control.

Attempting to link someone else's account is grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

4. Submissions and approval

Every campaign lists its Requirements To Earn — the sound, what to comment, the style of edits we’re after, and what is banned. Read them before you edit. A post that misses any of them can be rejected and earns nothing.

Posts are reviewed by a person in our moderation team. We may reject a submission that does not meet the campaign's requirements, is reused or low-effort, shows signs of purchased views or engagement, or is deleted or made private before the campaign settles.

Your post must stay public and unchanged while the campaign runs. If it is taken down, earnings stop at the last figure we recorded.

5. How earnings are calculated

Each campaign publishes a rate per 1,000 views, a total budget, a cap per post, and a cap per creator. You earn on views gained after you submit — the view count at submission is your baseline, and views the post already had do not count.

View counts come from TikTok through third-party providers and are checked on a schedule, not in real time. Figures shown in the app are the most recent successful reading and may lag.

A campaign closes when its budget is spent, and posts submitted after that earn nothing. Counts can go down as well as up when TikTok removes artificial engagement, and we may re-check any post and adjust earnings before payment.

6. Payment

Campaigns settle after an observation window once they close, which gives view counts time to stabilise. After settlement (~3 days after the campaign ends) your earnings are sent to you. The minimum payout is $50; below that, your balance carries over.

Payouts go to the PayPal address or crypto wallet you provide. Those details are yours to keep correct — we cannot recover money sent to an address you entered incorrectly. You are responsible for your own taxes.

7. Fraud

Buying views, likes, comments or followers, using bots or view farms, reposting another editor's work, or manipulating counts in any way will void the affected earnings. Repeat or deliberate abuse means removal from the platform and forfeiture of the unpaid balance.

We flag posts automatically and review them by hand. A flag is not an accusation — it is a prompt for a human to look. If we get it wrong, contact us and we will look again.

8. Referral program

Every editor has an invite link (Settings › Referrals). When someone creates a new Seeder account through your link, they are your referral for 12 months from the day they join, and you earn a bonus equal to 10% of everything Seeder pays them in that time. The bonus is paid by Seeder on top of their earnings — their own rate and payouts are never reduced by it, and it never comes out of a campaign's budget.

Referral bonuses become available once the referral's payout has actually been paid, and are sent every Friday once your available bonus reaches $20. Anything below that carries over. If a referral's earnings are voided or reversed for any reason, the matching bonus is voided or reversed too, even if it was already paid.

No bonus is earned for: an account you control or that shares your payout details; someone who already had a Seeder account; someone who was already in the Seeder Discord server before opening your link; or links posted inside the Seeder Discord server or other Seeder channels. Referral links are tracked, and creating accounts to refer yourself, or any other attempt to game the program, forfeits all referral earnings and may end your account. Seeder may pause, change or end the program at any time; bonuses already made available will still be paid.

9. Your content

Your edits are yours. You keep ownership and you post to your own account. By submitting a post to a campaign you allow us to view, track, and reference that public post for measuring and promoting the campaign.

10. Changes, suspension, and ending your account

You can stop using Seeder whenever you like and request deletion of your account. Settled earnings already owed to you remain owed.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We may change campaign terms going forward, but a change in rate never re-prices a post you already submitted — the rate is fixed at submission.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Discord server. Continuing to use Seeder after that means you accept the new version.

11. Liability

Seeder is provided as is. We depend on TikTok and third-party data providers, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, exact view counts, or that any campaign will have budget left when you post.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the earnings owed to you at the time. Seeder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Discord, or PayPal.
