Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your account. Your email address, and a username if you set one. We never store a password — you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email.

Your TikTok accounts. The handle, TikTok's public account id, your public profile picture, and the verification code we asked you to put in your bio. We read your public bio only to check that code.

Your posts. For each submission: the post URL, and the public view, like, comment, share and save counts, recorded repeatedly over time so we can work out what you earned.

Payments. The PayPal address or wallet you give us, and a record of what we paid and when.

Discord. If you connect Discord, your Discord user id and username, so campaign pings and roles reach the right person.

Security records. Sign-in code requests and attempts, with the IP address they came from, kept briefly to stop brute-force and abuse.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell your data, and we do not build profiles of you for anyone else.

Why we hold it

To let you sign in without a password, and to confirm a TikTok account is genuinely yours.

To count the views your posts gain and calculate what you are owed, and to detect artificial engagement that would otherwise drain a campaign's budget.

To pay you, to keep a record that we did, and to send you service messages about your account and payouts.

Public data from TikTok

We read public information about the posts you submit and the accounts you link, through third-party data providers. We only look at what anyone could see on TikTok.

We never ask for your TikTok password and we have no access to your TikTok account.

How long we keep it

Account and payment records are kept while your account is open, and afterwards where we need them for financial records.

Post measurements are kept so an earnings figure can always be explained. Sign-in code requests are deleted after about a day.

Your choices

You can unlink a TikTok account, disconnect Discord, turn off Discord messages, or delete your Seeder account from Settings at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your account removes your personal details; we keep the minimum record of payments already made, because we are required to.

Security

Sign-in is by one-time code, so there is no password of yours to steal. Traffic is encrypted in transit and access to production data is limited to people who need it.

No service can promise perfect security, but if a breach affects you we will tell you.

Children

Seeder is not for under-13s. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the Discord server.
